Internal rules and services

The rental price proposed below in the price lists includes the rental of the rented accommodation, water, gas, heating, household linen, bed sheets and towels which are provided, with the exception of bath sheets, for the swimming pool (use included in the rental price) and the sauna, Hammam, and Jacuzzi, (the use of which is on simple option or, and joint, according to your choice).

The price does not include the separately collected tourist tax, and the above options.

Access to the swimming pool is limited from 8am to 8pm, and strictly reserved for the tenants of the gite.

Internet access, and provision of a stereo system, with CD player.

A library is at your disposal.

Children must be imperatively accompanied by an adult, for the use of the gantry apparatus or, and access to the pool...

It is not recommended for children under 6 years of age to use the spa or steam room and sauna due to the risks involved because of their young age, likewise for nursing or pregnant women.

A portico, an outdoor play area, and a petanque court, are provided.

A jacuzzi is available on request for the tenants of the gite, for 10 euros per day, and on option the hammam or sauna is available for the tenants of the gite and the guest room for 10 euros per day.

A rate for the use of the spa, the hammam, and the sauna is offered for 15 euros per day, on request and reservation of the slots with the owners.

Optional bath towels are provided for the pool on option, for 5 euros, per person and per stay. The payment of the options will be done in cash on the spot according to the exercise of the chosen options and the number of days of use.

The charges on option, apart from the rental price and the tourist tax, thus avoid our customers to realize a cash advance for an option that we are not sure to retain.

In addition, a Civil Liability Insurance will be requested, it must be valid, still 3 weeks after the end of the rented stay.

A deposit of 400 euros will be requested for any stay, in the form of a check, and will be returned at the end of the stay, if it is found that there is no damage, which will be quantified contradictorily, in case of breakage or deterioration of equipment or facilities on the cottage, the guest room, or in a general way on the property or other facilities made available to tenants.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Bachelor or bachelorette parties are not permitted within the perimeter of the property as well as inside the property, pool room included.

Parties are not permitted in order to respect the peace of the neighborhood. From 10pm onwards, we ask our guests to respect the tranquility of all.

Pets are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed regardless of the length of stay.

Pets are not allowed no matter how long the stay.

The rental price does not include the tourist tax, which is paid separately, in cash, and which is variable according to the number of days of rental, the category of classification of the gite, and the number of people accommodated during that stay.

This tax of 0.75 euro per night per person in Deux Sèvres is collected by the owner of the rented premises, on behalf of the Deux Sèvres Territorial Community and the Departmental Council.

According to Article R 23-49 of the CGCT

• The tourist tax appears on the invoice issued by the landlord, separately from the price of the stay, and must appear on all information media relating to the rented premises
• The landlord, who collects the tourist tax, must include it in his invoice to the client
• The price must be displayed

Payments by check are not allowed.

Only payment by:

• Credit card on the account whose RIB will be sent to you with its IBAN and its BIC, and will have to be carried out before the entry in the places
• Either by vacation vouchers issued by the ANCV, the National Agency for Holiday Vouchers, and which will be valid, they must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt before entering the rented premises
• In cash, at the beginning of the stay, if one of the above means, in an exceptional way, could not be realized in time

A deposit of 30% of the price of the stay will be required at the time of booking.

The balance of the rental must be paid one month before arrival at La Métairie Zen.

In case of cancellation of the rental, until the 21 st day before the entry in the premises, the deposit will be retained.

From the 20th day to the 8th day inclusive of the departure date of the rental, will be retained the deposit as well as 60% of the residual price of the rental reserved.

From the 7th day to the 2nd day inclusive, in case of cancellation of the stay, the deposit will be retained as well as 80% of the residual balance due of the rental.

If the cancellation takes place the day before or on the day of the tenants' scheduled arrival, the deposit will be retained as well as the entire residual balance that was due for the rental period, without any action being taken against the owners, since this is a contractual provision accepted and signed by the tenants of the lodge or, and the Guest Room.

• Sheets provided for 12€ per week per bed
• 2 terry towels provided for 10€ per person
• Cleaning can be provided by a service provider for 70€

Access to the pool is limited from 8am to 8pm, and strictly reserved for the tenants of the gite.

The access of the spa, the hammam and the sauna is done on option of the tenants of the gite and the guest room exclusively.

The jacuzzi and the hammam, and sauna is strongly discouraged to young children, and to pregnant or breastfeeding women, for the consequences that it could cause on their health.

A portico, a playground, and a petanque court, are provided.

It is forbidden to smoke inside the villa, or to have parties, in order to respect the peace of the neighborhood.

Animals are not allowed inside the lodge or in the guest room, and in general on the property of La Métairie Zen.

The cleaning of the lodge and the guest room is included in the price of the rental.

The rental price does not include the tourist tax.
